Privacy
We respect your privacy here at Secret Box. A "cookie" is a small text file that is created on your computer when you visit our website. It keeps a few tidbits of information, but nothing that may be used to identify you. If you choose, you can use your browser's settings to even block these cookies.

Delivery
We post all orders made before 12PM, Monday - Friday on the same day. The appointed forwarders provide a next day delivery service and makes deliveries Monday - Saturday, excluding local public holidays (Malaysia). Orders made on Friday, after 12PM will only be shipped on Saturday. If customers do not receive their order within 3-5 working days for West Malaysia and 7-15 working days for East Malaysia, please contact our customer service department at 012-746 1109 to track your order. Request for Return
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the item purchase, you may return your purchase to us.
All return items must be returned in UNUSED, UNDAMAGED, with their original packaging. Do ensure that the product is delivered in an acceptable condition. Popcorns returned without their original boxes and it is opened will not be accepted.
All unclaimed parcels are forfeited 60 days after a notification email or Whatsapp is sent. Maximum limit Secret Box will keep any return parcels / unclaimed / failed delivery is only within 30 days. After that, the order will considered sold and no refund will be made applicable for this situation.

What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?
For all orders with missing, defect or wrong item, email us at JustForKicks0712@gmail.com with your order number. You may also WhatsApp us at 012-746 1109. We will advise accordingly.
Please be advice that normally we will provide an exchange for the defect item - same size, same flavour depending on the availability.
