REFLECTION

From this project, I learned that each department is very important because they are all interrelated. For example, we need the marketing department to advertise before we can get orders. When the order is received, our financial department will proceed to the payment method and obtain the payment. Operations will then prepare the package. So, I learned the importance of each department from it.

In terms of designing web pages, I learned the overall style of web pages, colour matching, and so on. In the process, I learned the use of colour. I will apply the use of colour to within three to five colors. This is because too many colours can make customers feel cluttered and unattractive.

In the design of the poster, I learned the placement of the layout; the title needs to be large enough and the information is clear, so that it can be effectively conveyed to the client. In addition, I also learned CANVA skills and successfully unlocked new skills. It's actually very easy, if we don't learn it, we have to pay others to design it, which will cause unnecessary expenses. Therefore, I am sober by what I have learned in this program.

I regard marketing as an ideal, a habit. The ideal is that I stand in the perspective of consumers and imagine the most attractive marketing strategies and marketing promotions to draw up. The habit is that I post every day to attract consumers. From it, I also became more and more positive energy. Only with positive energy can we have the confidence to sell and share products.

Through this program, I had the opportunity to learn this marketing technique. This allows me to dig out more knowledge and cognition about marketing. I also learned how to manage the INSTAGRAM homepage more effectively, how to promote it, and correspondingly "like and share" on this social platform.

Facebook posting is a challenge for me. Generally, I use INSTAGRAM more than FACEBOOK. Through this project, I learned about the business version of FACEBOOK. It turns out that it is similar to INSTAGRAM. It is even easy to add administrators, so that other team members can innovate together, in order to make our homepage more attractive. I believe that in the future, I will use this technique to expand my business, because online marketing is the most common marketing method in modern times.

Before coming into contact with this program, I didn't know the operation department. So now, I have understood what it takes to be a successful operation assistant. I need to help the operations manager with everything related to operations, such as material sourcing, pricing, costs, shipping, packaging, etc.

From this plan, I learned about the production and shipping process of the product. In addition, I also learned that the operations department and customer satisfaction are closely related. If the quality of our products improves/maintains, then customer satisfaction will also improve.

I learned a lot, such as how to make accounts and how to avoid losses. Finance is not just about money; it also includes how to communicate with customers. For example, when a customer has a problem with transferring money, I will provide more solutions to help him solve the problem.
